Removing deletion tags.

Stop removing deletion tags placed on your projects, namely Leo Justi. The deletion is only a proposal. It isn't up to either of us whether it does eventually get deleted, so please stop it. TheKaphox, speedy delete tags may be removed by anyone except the article's creator. PROD tags may be removed by anyone. If you want this article deleted you'll need to nominate it at WP:AFD. --NeilN ^{talk to me} 23:02, 9 September 2016 (UTC)
