Patrik Schick (born 24 January 1996) is a Czech professional footballer who plays as a forward for Italian club Juventus and the Czech Republic national team.[1]

Club career

He made his league debut for Sparta Prague on 3 May 2014 in a 3–1 away loss at Teplice.
