$uicideboy$ is an American hip hop duo from New Orleans, Louisiana.^[1] Formed by cousins Ruby and $lick in 2014, they call his gender music Shadow Rap.^[2]

History

The duo rose to fame through the audio distribution website SoundCloud. Since the duo began, they have released a number of songs and EPs on SoundCloud.^[3]^[4]^[5]^[6] The duo's debut full-length album titled I Don't Want to Die In New Orleans, is expected to be released in December 2017.^[7]

The duo were featured in Billboard's list titled "Billboard Dance's 15 Artists to Watch in 2017".^[8]

In 2017, the duo will be performing at the music festival Lollapalooza in Chicago.^[7]
