 Tommy The Clown is the inventor of the "Clowning" style of dance, which he created after being imprisoned on drug charges. Krumping is a movement that branched off of his original vision. He is a former spokesperson for Gray Davis. He began in 1992 by using the dance to enhance birthday party clown acts.
