    Requests for undeletion is a process intended to assist users in restoring pages or files that were uncontroversially deleted via proposed deletion, under certain speedy deletion criteria (such as maintenance deletions or rejected Articles for creation drafts), or in deletion debates with little or no participation other than the nominator. This page is also intended to serve as a central location to request that deleted content be userfied, restored as a draft or emailed to you so the content can be improved upon prior to re-insertion into the mainspace, or used elsewhere (you may also make a request directly to one of the administrators listed here). This means that content deleted after discussion—at articles for deletion, categories for discussion, or miscellany for deletion among other deletion processes—may in some cases be provided to you, but such controversial page deletions will not be overturned through this process. Copyright violations and attack pages will not be provided at all.

    This page is only for requesting undeletion of articles or files which have already been deleted. If the article you are concerned about is still visible, but has a warning message (template) at the top, please do not post here, but follow the instructions in the template or on your talk page. Please do not request that articles deleted under speedy deletion criteria A7 or G11 be undeleted here.

If you feel an administrator has erred in closing a deletion discussion or in applying a speedy deletion criterion, please contact them directly.     @Anachronist: I nominated it as a CSD G4 before regretting it, since I could not be sure it was a copy of older article version. However the article was deleted at AfD earlier as it was deemed not notable and nothing has changed since. The article still does not pass WP:GNG or WP:FOOTY and should be deleted.     @Qed237: Well, it's deleted now, but I wonder if that was proper. The previously deleted version started out "Amos Nondi is a Kenyan footballer who plays for Kenyan Premier League side Gor Mahia...." The version you nominated as G4 and then withdrew today started out "Amos Nondi is a Kenyan footballer who plays for Georgian side Kolkheti Poti...." So it seems his status has changed.     @Harendrachhekur:  Not done. I deleted it as unambiguous advertising or promotion. Wikipedia is NEVER to be used as a promotion or publicity medium. Also please read Wikipedia:Conflict of interest because you have a conflict of interest, and also read WP:PAID because you agreed to abide by Wikimedia:Terms of Use which require you to disclose any paid editing you do.
    If you want to create an article about your company, the only viable venue for an editor with a conflict of interest is to create the article in your sandbox or in draft space (for example you could create Draft:Codemenow) and submit it for review via Wikipedia:Articles for creation before it can be published in the main article space. ~Anachronist (talk) 17:21, 19 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The attacks from the ones who erased or editors who did not seek to speak to the editor who wrote the biography were in violation of online identity theft and scornfully abusive and insulting. There was past conversations with wiki staff about the stop to this with that these unknown editors on wiki be banned from continueing to insult and state that the sources on the individual were not viable without actually respectfully researching. in part there are a ton of wiki pages with her name as stated known person for achievements to include reliable known sources of her achievements. it is imperative that this or biography be recreated without bullying or harm so that her info is in wiki correctly. there are many sources online and can be asked for if needed. she has also had other names which only should be and were in the bio corners under name from past[reply]

    Not done and will not be done. It's a personal essay written in the first person, a verbatim copy of what is written above, with no references to any independent reliable sources, and therefore not appropriate for an encyclopedia article. It's been deleted four times now. Repeatedly recreating an article deemed unacceptable is disruptive to the project, so I have protected the article from being re-created. If you really must write an article about yourself, do it in your sandbox or in draft space, and submit for review it via Wikipedia:Articles for creation (AFC).     • @Swan11jf: nobody is going to delete, block or otherwise disable your account because of something somebody else did (it isn't actually possible to delete an account, FWIW). Laocoön has been indefinitely blocked from editing, that person won't be making any more edits from that account. And the user page s/he created for you has been so comprehensively erased that even administrators like me can't see what was in it. You don't have anything to worry about.     The article Light (fantasy) was deleted as 'original research' while I was still adding sources. It was already marked for deletion before I could add a second sentence... I have asked the closing administrator, Anachronist to move it to draft, so I can continue working on the text[1], but (s)he has not responded.     Paraduin

    The article Paraduin was deleted for lack of significant coverage in reliable sources, which I think is not true. People claimed it was 'stealing content from Liberland' but it is the other way around, Liberland is the copycat. The author was even banned for creating this article, and some of the delete and ban voters are Liberland fans, so part of this seems personal. I think the article was fine but not complete yet.     You aren't describing the deletion discussion (which you participated in) accurately. You aren't describing the motivations of the overwhelming number of "delete" comments accurately. You aren't describing the reason the article's author was sitebanned accurately. There was crystal clear consensus that there were no significant independent reliable sources. As a result, I have no desire to undelete the article, and suggest that other admins review the entire AFD before considering undeleting.     @Apokrif: The deleted material was neither a disambig or redirect. So it is not worth undeleting. If you feel up to making a page you can put a proposed disambiguation in a draft. However at this point the create action is protected, so you cannot just make a redirect. So pick one option for how to proceed. Master of Puppets is no longer active, so we cannot really ask him to make a decision. The book was only written after deletions here so its existence is new information.
