Mohabbat Khawab Safar (Template:Lang-ur; lit: Love, Dream, Journey), is a Hum TV drama that airs every Monday and Tuesday at 9:10pm PST.[1] It was first aired on Hum TV on 24 April 2017 replacing Hum TV's Kuch Na Kaho. It stars Rabab Hashim, Sehra Afzal, Zain Mirza, Babar Khan, Mehmood Aslam[2][3]
Synopsis
The story revolves around Fayyaz (Mehmood Aslam) married with Zareen (Rubab Hashim). Zareen is not happy by marriage because she used to like Jawad. She gives birth to Neelum (Rubab Hashim). Fayyaz's elder brother Ayaz dies before their mother (Sangeeta). After that, Fayyaz "Faizee" divorces Zareen and goes to London and Zareen dies. When he returns, he meets with his daughter, Neelum and hate her face because she look same like her mother. At that time all her relatives make fun of her and compare her with her mother whom they think she was "worst". Fayyaz has a sister, Shaheen (Ambar Wajid) married to Aazar (Mohsin Gillani) and has given birth to Aali (Mirza Zain Baig). Ayaz was married to Najma from which he had a son, Ahsan (Babar Khan) and a daughter, Sara (Seher Afzal). Aali falls in love with Neelum inspite of people saying bad about her mother's blood and she also loves him. But story takes twist that Sara starts taking interest in Aali but he doesn't want to marry her. Ahsan also starts liking Neelum and lies when he is caught with Neelum. Neelum tries to tell all that what Ahsan does with her but no one believes in her. Aali only believes in her and says in front of all that he loves Neelum. But all think that Neelum has done magic on Aali so he has been claiming to marry her. Then neelum and aali married secretly after some months neelum got pragent The second storyline focuses on married life of Rakhshunda (Najiba Faiz) and Mustafa (Faiq Khan). After having passed 2½ years, Rukhshunda hasn't been able to bear a child which lets her mother-in-law (Kinza Malik) force Mustafa to remarry. But Mustafa loves Rukhshunda, so he confronts her and becomes her shield in front of his mother and disagrees to remarry until he discovers that she goes to hospitals to be a mother again to save herself from her mother-in-law. He soughts to divorce her but due to her tearful eyes, he forgives her and says his mother to accept her again but she refuses. Neelam told Aali that she is pregnant, so do something before it's too late. Aali went to his mother and told her that he loves Neelam and wants to marry her but his mother refused but then Aali said what if I say I am married to Neelam and told his mother that he's leaving home. His mother ran after him and fell down from the stairs. Aali took his mother to hospital and told her that he was lying. Aali went to meet his grandmother (nano) and leave for abroad. Neelam ran after him and somebody kidnapped her. At home family is worried and keep saying that she's like her mother (Zareen). Kidnappers sold her to another lady and Neelam tell her about herself so she send her back but her family didn't accept her. She told them she did nikah with Aali and now she's pregnant but they throw her out of the home. Neelam went back to same lady. After few months Neelam gave birth to twins girl and a boy but Dr. Rukhshanda ask her maid to take baby boy and sit in the car. Neelam asked doctor about her son but she said you have birth to baby girl only. When Dr. Rukhshanda reached home but her husband told her to go and return the baby otherwise he will leave her. She went back but there was lock on the door so she left baby at Neelam's home without knowing that it's Neelam's dad home. On other hand Ahsan's wife gave birth to a baby girl but he didn't tell his mother because she want baby boy for her son. When Ahsan went back home he saw baby boy at his door steps, he told his mother that his wife had twins. But Aali knew it was only baby girl because when he went to hospital nurse told him that Ahsan's wife gave birth to a baby girl. But Aali didn't talk to anyone about that. Faizee sold home and his mother (Sangeeta) died. Aali got married with Sara. Neelam ran from that bad lady's home because she want ner to be prostitute.
17th July 2017 episode: Car hit Neelam and then she found herself in a home where there was a lady standing beside her. She asked her name but Neelam said I forgot everything and I don't know who I am..... She was a nice lady and she said don't worry I don't have daughter and from now on you are my daughter. Neelam started working in that lady's factory. Lady is widow and got one son who lives abroad with his wife. But he came back and one day he tries to misbehave with Neelam and his mother slapped him. He said to his mother that don't trust her she is not a good girl but his mother said "Maine yeh baal dhoop main nahi safaid kiay". Neelam tries to call Aali but his number was off so she went to his home but servant told her that Aali went to London with his wife Sara.
Cast
- Rabab Hashim as Zareen(Dead)/Neelum : She is the daughter of Agha Fayyaz, and is in love with her cousin, Aali. Initially she played role of Zareen, who is actually Neelum's mother due to resemblance in faces and can be seen in flashbacks.
- Zain Mirza as Aali: He is the son of Azhar and Shaheen, who happens to be in love with Neelum but they can't marry due to family choices.
- Seher Afzal as Sara: Sara is the sister of Ahsan, the daughter of Najma and Riaz (Dead). She happens to be the cousin of Neelum. She loves Aali and this is what makes Neelum angry.
- Babar Khan as Ahsan: He is the eldest son of Najma and Riaz (Dead) and elder brother of Sara who also happens to be in love with Neelum. Under family circumstances, he is married with Yasmeen.
- Mehmood Aslam as Agha Fayyaz "Faizee" (Dead): He is the younger son of Dadi and brother of Riaz and Shaheen, and thus uncle of Ahsan, Aali and Sara. He is the father of Neelum who dies unexpectedly after Neelum is kicked out from house.
- Faiq Khan as Mustafa: He is the friend of Aali and husband of Rakhshunda, who helps Aali in family matters.
- Najiba Faiz as Rakhshunda: She is the wife of Mustafa. Initially, she is disliked by her mother-in-law because of not bearing child but she unexpectedly gives birth to son, Dani.
- Sangeeta as Dadi (Dead): She is the mother of Fayyaz, Riaz (Dead) and Shaheen. She is grandmother of Sara, Aali, Ahsan and Neelum. She is herself warned to be kicked out of home but she soughs to give her one day, and that day she eventually dies.
- Ambar Wajid as Shaheen (Dead): Aali's mother who is against his wish of marrying Neelum.
- Mohsin Gillani as Azhar (Dead): Aali's father who, like his mother, opposes him to marry Neelum.
- Munazzah Arif as Najma (Dead): Sara and Ahsan's mother, the daughter in law of Dadi and widow of Riaz.
- Hina Javed as Yasmeen: The young girl who is married happily with Ahsan.
