Hi, i noticed you created St. Anne's Episcopal Church (Reston, Virginia). FYI, it's likely that article will be put up for deletion, because the church may not meet wikipedia notability standards. The article does not assert importance of this church and does not have wp:verifiability. Note, the 4 other places named St. Anne's Episcopal Church covered in wikipedia are listed on the U.S. National Register, which is usually accepted as establishing notability. They all have extensive documentation available.
By the way, if you are in or near Reston, you could create articles for any of the places listed here: List of Registered Historic Places in Virginia, Counties D-G#Fairfax County, and other wikipedia editors would help develop those articles. Let me know if you do.
Anyhow, please don't feel bad if the church article gets tagged for deletion and then disappears. Keep up the good work! doncram (talk) 20:26, 26 September 2008 (UTC)
Proposed deletion of St. Anne's Episcopal Church (Reston, Virginia)
A proposed deletion template has been added to the article St. Anne's Episcopal Church (Reston, Virginia), suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Hi, I'd appreciate if you could participate in the talk page discussion and reach a consensus before outright removing a template. Thanks. --MewMeowth (talk) 03:27, 18 July 2016 (UTC)
The article Families for Russian and Ukrainian Adoption has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
There are no sources, not related to organisation itself
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Arthistorian1977 (talk) 05:52, 14 August 2017 (UTC)
