Tariq AlKazim (born 1992) is an Emirati film writer/director who specializes in low-budget indie and horror films. He is best known for his re 2017 movie A Tale of Shadows and the short film, "Death Circle" and "Quiet" Which both premiered in the gulf film festival.[1]
