Eddie Jones was born on October 20, 1971. He went to Temple University and went to the NBA. He was selected 10th overall in the 1994 NBA draft by the Los Angeles Lakers. He averaged 14.0 points per game, played in 64 games, 58 of which he started in in his rookie season. He spent his first 5 season with the Lakers, then he got traded to the Charlotte Hornets on March 10th, 1999.

    Eddie's best season was in the 1999-2000 season with the Charlotte Hornets when he averaged 20.1 points per game.  
    Eddie currently plays for the Miami Heat, which he was played for the past 5 seasons (inculding 2004-2005).  He averaged 18.5 points per game in the 2002-2003 season, his best with the Miami Heat.  In his 2003-2004 season, he averaged 17.3 points per game.
