"Perfect Moment" is a song recorded by Polish singer Edyta Górniak for her first international album Edyta Górniak (1997). It was written by Jim Marr and Wendy Page, and produced by Christopher Neil.

The song was covered by English singer Martine McCutcheon in 1999, and reached number one in the UK Singles Chart in April that year.[1] It was McCutcheon's first single, launching her music career after her leaving BBC soap EastEnders. The song also reached the top three in Ireland. It is from her album You Me & Us. The music video was filmed in New York City, United States.
