The Adler & Allan Group is a leading provider of oil and environmental services, throughout the UK, and in selected overseas markets. Its areas of expertise include emergency response services (land and marine); post-spill land contamination and remediation projects; commercial waste and hazardous material management; fuel services – including delivery, fuel testing and polishing; installation and maintenance works for forecourts; tankering, tank and pipeline services; consultation services to oil and chemical industries; and onsite spill response training.

Adler & Allan provide class-leading working practices and products for a range of industries, including the Fuel and Forecourt sectors, Marine Ports & Harbours, Facilities Management (FM[1]), Defence FM[2] and Utilities; Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) and the Water Network. Specialists in asset resilience[3], Adler & Allan delivers flood defences and protective coatings and linings, designed to protect essential equipment, such as substations, pipelines and tanks, from environmental risk and damage.

Emergency response experts: spill, flood, oxygen depletion and fuel delivery

Adler & Allan is the UK’s leading spill responder and has been involved in the clean-up of some of the UK’s most infamous disasters, including Buncefield and the extensive floods of 2007 and 2013.

Following Storm Desmond in 2015, Adler & Allan worked closely with the Environment Agency, deploying tankers and high-volume pumps to defend against and clean-up flood water, safeguarding businesses in Britain’s worst hit regions. Once the storm had subsided, Adler & Allan was instrumental in the clean-up operations, sanitising equipment, preventing pollution and getting sites and their assets back up and running as quickly as possible; as well as helping communities in Cumbria access available flood grants.

As part of its work to help flood-hit regions, Adler & Allan became a founding member of BERG (Business Emergency Resilience Group). An initiative of His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales,BERG helps businesses and communities across the UK to prepare for, respond to and recover from emergencies such as flooding, cyber-attacks and civil unrest.

In 2008, Adler and Allan was chosen by the Olympic Development Authority (ODA) to run a secure supply chain for fuel to the London 2012 Games construction-phase site contractors. As the construction phase approached completion at the end of 2011, Adler and Allan won the contract to supply, on behalf of BP, all the fuel for the 600-plus generators providing main-line and back-up power to over 40 Olympic venues around the country.

Adler & Allan's services are provided from 24+ depots nationwide 24/7/365, including a purpose-built Technical innovation centre in Brize Norton where visitors can experience first-hand a range of fuel, asset resilience and flood protection services.
