I am not sure if SMALL belongs here. A lot of "low level" stuff was done in small.

According to the Wikipedia page on Swift, Apple refers to it as "the first industrial-quality systems programming language that is as expressive and enjoyable as a scripting language". Is this disputed in any way or is not listing it here an oversight? - 13/07/2015

Category name
