suggest merging, for example with American Health Care Act of 2017

I think this suggested piece of legislation does not warrant a page on its own, for the following reasons: - the bill did not go anywhere - it has zero co-sponsors - it was part of the 2017 efforts to repeal and replace the ACA I would therefore suggest that the content of this page is included in a page that gives an overview over the various proposals of 2017, for example American Health Care Act of 2017 or 2017 Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act replacement proposals.
