YOHO Town (Chinese: 新時代廣場) is one of the private housing estates and shopping centres in Yuen Long, New Territories, Hong Kong, developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties.[1][2]

Description

YOHO Town is divided into 3 phases. Phase 1 has 2,200 residential units in nine blocks built in 2004.[3] Phase 2 was completed in 2010, it was renamed YOHO Midtown and consists of residential buildings and a commercial shopping centre YOHO Mall open in Sept 2015.[4]

Phase 3 is Grand YOHO, was completed in 2017 and consists of clubhouse and a commercial shopping centre YOHO Mall Expansion open in July 2017.
