There were Tamil empires, no Tamil country

The name of the article is misleading, need to be changed by removing the word "country" from it. Seems someone is pushing a POV here. Numerous great Tamil empires, such as Chola, with rich history, literature, language, art, etc existed. There was no concept of the term "country" in those days as we know them now. There was only the concept of empires. Title of the article will be changed to eliminate the word "country" by replacing it with "region".
