Kim Barrett

Kim E. Barrett is a research physiologist, specialising in digestive disorders such as inflammatory bowel disease. Her positions have included Professor of Medicine and Dean of Graduate Studies at UCSD; Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Physiology and President of the American Physiological Society.[1]

Kim achieved her PhD at University College London in 1982 in Biological Chemistry.
