National Freeway 6
National Highway No. 6 is a freeway, which is still under construction. It will run from Wufong, Taichung to Puli, Nantou.
Length
The proposed length is about 38 km.

Construction began on March 25, 2004.
There is a plan to extend the route further east to Hualian City. However, it is technically difficult due to the mountains between Puli, Nantou and Hualian City.
