It is believed to meet our policy since it represents, depicts, illustrates and imparts information regarding an important feature of the comic strip magazine in question, namely the featured strips. The magazine itself, and in particular the various strips depicted, are critically discussed within the article, the image allows the reader to understand the nature of the magazine and of the strips in question; as the advertisement depicted is typical of the comic's presentation, it allows the reader to understand the iconography of the strips, their design, and the nature of the comic's characters and purpose. The image itself is of low quality and it is not believed that reproductions of it would harm the copyright holder's ability to commercially exploit its rights.
