Dragoljub Brnović is a former Montenegrin football player. He was born on November 2 1963 in Montenegro, Yugoslavia. He played at the 1990 FIFA World Cup in Italy for the Yugoslav team, where he became notorious for missing the decisive penalty kick in the quarter-finals against Argentina, sending his team home.
