Gloria Bohan is the founder and president of Omega World Travel, a leader in the travel industry and in the government travel sector. She founded the company in 1972 as a small-town storefront travel agency and Omega World Travel now has more than 120 locations and 1,100 employees around the world.[1] Ms. Bohan is a leading figure in the world of woman-owned business, receiving accolades the Enterprising Women Hall of Fame,[2] Office Depot's Business Woman of the Year[3] and she was named one of the 25 most influential leaders in the travel industry by Tour and Travel News.[4] In 2015, Gloria was named the godmother of Windstar's Star Legend, a 212-passenger ship in the Windstar fleet.[5]
