Ksenia Alexandrova (Template:Lang-ru, born 12 November 1994) is a Russian model and beauty pageant titleholder. She will represent Russia at the Miss Universe 2017 pageant, after placing first runner-up at Miss Russia 2017.[1]
Life and career
Early life
Alexandrova was born in Moscow. She is studying at the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics with a major in finance, while also working as a model. She plans to continue her studies and earn a second degree in journalism.[2]
Pageantry
Alexandrova represented Moscow in the Miss Russia 2017 competition, and placed as first runner-up. Polina Popova, the eventual winner, was set to represent Russia at Miss World 2017 and Miss Universe 2017, but since the dates of the pageants were too close together, she chose to only compete in Miss World. Alexandrova was thus appointed to represent Russia at the Miss Universe 2017 competition.[3]
