Largs North railway station is located on the Outer Harbor line.[1] Situated in the north-western Adelaide suburb of Largs North, it is 16.4 kilometres from Adelaide station.

History

The station opened on 21 August 1916 as 'Swansea' after H. C. Swan. The station was renamed Largs North on 1 November 1945.

Originally, Largs North station consisted of a single island platform, this is still obvious today as the width between the two tracks is significantly wider at the station compared with other side platforms on the Adelaide Metro network.

New ramps were recently constructed at the station for wheelchair and pram users.
