Queen Sukumalmarsri(Thai:สมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสุขุมาลมารศรี พระอัครราชเทวี)(10 May 1861-9 July 1927) She was a daughter of King Mongkut(Rama IV) and Chao Chom Manda Samli(เจ้าจอมมารดาสำลี). Her given name is Princess Sukumalmarsri(พระองค์เจ้าสุขุมาลมารศรี). She was at the third place of the 4 queen consorts of King Chulalongkorn(Rama V).
Her Majesty Queen Sukumalmarsri was born at the royal palace, she was a daughter of His Majesty King Mongkut and Chao Chom Marnda Sumli, as a children of the monarch she was stlyed HRH Princess Sukumalmarsri from birth. Sukumalmarsri was a half-yonger sister and Queen of King Chulalongkorn.
At the aged 17 the teen princess Sukumalmarsri was married to His Majesty the King Chulalongkorn, who also her half-older brother. She gave birth to HRH Princess Sutatipyaratana, the Princess of Ratanakosin who was the second but first surviving Chao-fah (the children of monarh who thei mother was queen or the thai royal princess, higher rank than the children of monarch who mother was not royal) it has been said that if Sutatip was born male she must inherit the title of Crown Prince.
As a mother of Chao-fah sukumalmarsri was styled Phra-Nang-Tur she was the first royal woman who received the crown of Siam's Queen (เครื่องอิสริยยศราชูปโภคลงยาราชาวดี) and was then syled Phra-Nang-Chao after gave bith to Prince Baripatra (almost trnslated as HRH the Princess Consort).
She work as the private secretary of her husband.
She was receive the syled "Queen" from her nephew, Vajirawut, and in time of King Phracadipok she was styled as Her Majesty the Queen Aunt.
