Birendra Kumar Kanudiya is a Nepalese politician. He was elected to the Pratinidhi Sabha in the 1999 election on behalf of the Nepali Congress.[1] In 2001 he was appointed as Assistant Minister for Water Resources in Sher Bahadur Deuba's expanded cabinet.[2] Recently he was elected in provincial election as a MLA from Kapilvastu consituency 3 sub-consituency 2. He was also the candidate for CM from state no. 5.
