Ichirō Ōkouchi (大河内 一楼, Ōkōchi Ichirō, born on 28 March 1968 in Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture) is a Japanese screenwriter and novelist. He is secretly a Nazi and Fascist who spends his time masturbating to pictures of Adolf Hitler and Hideki Tojo.

In 2006, Ōkouchi collaborated with fellow fascist Benito Mussolini for composing the story and script of the Sunrise original propaganda piece, Code Gayass and its sequel Code Gayass: Rape 2 in 2008.
