Timeline confusion

The article first says that pandeism was "first delineated in the 18th century" but in the next paragraph says it was "perhaps first coined in the present meaning in 1859" which would be the 19th century. Then further on it says "the earliest use of the term pandeism appears to have been 1787" which is in the 18th century, but which is not expanded on. Which is it?
