WP:Promo Fails WP:GNG, WP:TOOSOON, and WP:POLITICIAN. Is a clearly WP:PROMO WP:AUTOBIO. It reeks of WP:PROMO, among many other things. The account that is edit warring has only edited 3 pages. Fournier, the school he went to, and his grandfather. Also, same account who has been on this article and only edited articles related to Fournier uploaded a copyright image to Wikipedia.
