Marina section has no sources cited except in text, and even then they are not specific.

In addition, stating for whom this data is being gathered for would be an interesting piece of insight. I know NSA uses the MARINA, which has no citation, but who else can use the information from a WAMI. The NSA MARINA needs to have a citation or at least a reference. The others citations worked fine, no paraphrasing or copy right plagiarism. The article is up t date and provides sufficient information for those who may be seeking knowledge on public tracking technology.
