Team Korea

Jhattara regarding Team Korea. I believe its appropriate to link Korea to a South Korea national team page ( Korea) instead of ( Korea). The team didn't use the unification flag and the BBC only referred to the team's name. As you can see if you click on the link for Team Korea at the tournament's official team's list it directs to the roller derby's team Facebook page which even displays the Flag of South Korea instead of the Korean Unification Flag. They also used the South Korea flag in the actual tournament.Hariboneagle927 (talk) 09:40, 5 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, was considering that myself and will not dispute that change. As for other team names, mainly Aotearoa, ZA and IRN, they are not the only teams that have names different from the countries they represent, and I think they should probably be represented with their appropriate official country names. West Indies I will change to use  West Indies (assuming that template actually works) . --Jhattara (Talk · Contrib) 14:27, 5 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Hariboneagle927, I think that proper way to identify Aotearoa, ZA and IRN should be to list them e.g.  New Zealand (as Aotearoa Roller Derby) in the Participating teams list and just  New Zealand in the rest of the page. --Jhattara (Talk · Contrib) 14:45, 5 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
The problem is West Indies Federation as a country doesn't exist (West Indies =/= West Indies Federation) so the resulting link would link to a team article that doesn't exist. (West Indies Federation national roller derby team) For your second suggestion, It's fine and still accurate. For New Zealand I'll just use the shorter form of the team name (just Aotearoa). I implemented your second suggestion and I'll wait for feedback before dealing with the West Indies link.Hariboneagle927 (talk) 01:31, 6 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
