Thank you for your message and especially thanks for providing all these specifics, very helpful. I was not part of your communication with UTR. I work as a writer who simply creates content for the UTR website, much in the manner of a journalist working on an in-house publication. I do not speak for UTR in any official capacity, and have nothing to do with building and refining the algorithm. Of course, by writing many pieces on the topic, I have learned a lot about the rating system and how it works. I will forward your message to people better qualified to respond to the points you raise, and hope to be able to provide a satisfactory answer for you.
