WCRD

WCRD, is a student run radio station in Muncie, Indiana. It formerly carried College Music Journal formatted music, but now has a Jack FM-esque free-form rock format. Named Cardinal Radio Dave (providing the C, R and D of the station's name) after alumni David Letterman. The location is in the Ball Communications Building on Ball State's campus. A live stream of the station is available at wcrd.net. The station is carried via the FM frequency 91.3, with the FCC identification of WWHI, Muncie. This is due to the fact that WCRD originally was only available to campus listeners via a carrier circuit but has since acquired the license of an educational station formerly ran by Muncie Southside High School.
