Paleo diet

Hi emma.

You've probably realised by now that I removed your edit on the Paleo diet article, and the edit summary I left as a reason just said "primary source" I just now noticed that you are new here, and may not realise what this means, so I thought I would leave you this link, WP:PRIMARY to a wikipedia policy page that hopefully will explain my reason.
