Andreas Eriksson (visual artist)

Andreas Eriksson is a contemporary visual artist[1] living in Medelplana, Sweden[2]. Eriksson was born 1975 in Björsäter, Sweden[3]. Eriksson works mainly with painting, inspired by the nature around his home and disparate images inspired by popular culture. He also works with sculpture and photography[4].

Andreas Eriksson is considered one of Swedens more eminent artists[5].

2011 Eriksson represented Sweden at the Venice biennial[6].
