My interests border on the eclectic. I primarily edit pages on the United States Congress and any other subjects that interest me, such as geography and history. I'm particularly interested in old maps and genealogy. (I'm related to Calamity Jane by marriage.) I also dable in creating maps using Inkscape and U.S. Census Bureau data, and often help difuse edit disputes over the minutiae of Census geography. Drop me a line.

I've been to North Korea, albeit briefly, during a visit and tour of the Panmunjom truce village along the border between North and South Korea. The main United Nations building straddles the border between the two countries, with the table in the center forming the "border." During the tour, we were permitted to "enter" North Korea by walking to the other side of the table.
