The 22nd Infantry Division (Ready Reserve), Philippine Army, known as the Eagle Division, is one of the Army Reserve Command's ready reserve infantry divisions.
The unit specializes in Urban Warfare, Urban Search and Rescue, Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief, and Civil-Military Operations. It operates mostly in the Davao Region (Region 11), Sarangani, and South Cotabato Provinces.
Order of battle
The establishment of the 22nd Infantry Division, Philippine Army was founded on January 3, 1942 to June 30, 1946 under the 2nd Military Area was station's active at the main general headquarters and military camp bases around in southern part of Northern Luzon, Central Luzon, Southern Luzon and Island Provinces of Mindoro are engagements of the military operations against the Imperial Japanese Armed Forces and the local collaborators during World War II under the Japanese Occupation from January 3, 1942 to September 2, 1945. The division's sizes of almost 28,000 troops and 300 military officials was fought the battle the war against the enemy oppositions in this region.
