David Aparecido da Silva (born 12 November 1989), commonly known as David da Silva or Davi da Silva, is a Brazilian footballer who currently plays as a Striker player from Bhayangkara FC in Liga 1 .[1]
Career
Shelbourne FC
In the same season, he moved to another European country and this time to Republic of Ireland and on 11 August 2011, he signed a contract with League of Ireland club Shelbourne F.C. He made his League of Ireland debut on 13 August 2011 as he came on as a substitute at the 86' minute for Philip Hughes in a 3-1 win over Longford Town F.C.[2][3] He played his first home game for Drumcondra-based club at the Tolka Park on 3 October 2011 in a 4-3 win over Limerick F.C. in the Quarter-finals of the 2011 FAI Cup.[4] He came on as a substitute at the 89' minute for Philip Hughes in a 1-1 draw against St Patrick's Athletic F.C. in the Semi-finals.[5]
