David Feige is an American lawyer, legal commentator, and author. Fiege is the author of Indefinsible: One Lawyer's Journey into the Inferno of American Justice, which recounts his experiences as a court-appointed defense attorney in The Bronx, New York. He is currently being sued for defamation by Sarah Schall (an assistant District Attorney) over his depiction of her as dowdy and corrupt.

Feige has also appeared on MSNBC to comment on legal issues.
