I listened to Radio Tirana in Scotland from the mid-1980s until 1992, and I have never heard of "Radio One Tirana". There is only one mention on the Internet of this alleged service. Personally, I doubt that Radio Tirana had the capacity to broadcast such a black propaganda service aimed primarily at the United Kingdom. I have therefore deleted all references to this, as I believe that the entry is bogus. Please feel free to add this information if you can provide any concrete evidence of the existence of "Radio One Tirana".
