Bancolombia Also known as the bank with the worst costumer service too. if you are planning on sending money from United States to Colombia you will be asked to call to the comecio phone line where you will provide your colombian ID and then they will put you on hold for over 3 hours only so they dont answer. Yes! the only reason you will need to call them is to request a form however nobody will answer the phone in the so call comercio phone line.
