José Luis Oliva Meza (1921-1930) was a mexican personality. Born in Naolinco, Veracruz and he was the chief of Centro Radiofónico de Xalapa and Córdoba and he transmited 1 radio station in Naolinco XETP-AM "Radio Naolinco", and he became candidate of the Alianza Fidelidad por Veracruz, became friend of Tomás Ruíz González and Fidel Herrera Beltrán. Oliva died in Mexico City, Mexico in 1930.
