Security and Privacy

Ethical concerns regarding international security, surveillence, and the right to privacy are on the rise.[1] The issues of security and privacy commonly overlap in the field of information, due to the interconnectedness of online research. Companies, organziations, and institutions use databases to store, organize, and distribute users information. The recent Facebook-Cambridge Analytica Data Scandal embodies these ethical concerns for users.
