Benjamin Burt (surgeon)

Dr Benjamin Burt is a renowned Australian ophthalmologist and specialist oculoplastic surgeon.[1] He was awarded first in the world for International Council of Ophthalmology Prize Exam in 2000. [2]

He has completed a dual fellowship at the University of California (UCLA) and in Auckland, New Zealand and was professor of Texas Tech University’s oculoplastic division from 2009-2012.[3]

Dr Burt also works with the Fred Hollows Foundation performing essential opperations and training doctors in Cambodia.
