Dr Benjamin Burt is a renowned Australian ophthalmologist and world leading oculoplastic surgeon.[1] He was awarded first in the world for International Council of Ophthalmology Prize Exam in 2000. [2]

He has completed a dual fellowship at the University of California (UCLA) and in Auckland, New Zealand and was professor of Texas Tech University’s oculoplastic division from 2009-2012.[3] He now lives and works in Melbourne, Victoria.

Dr Burt also works with the Fred Hollows Foundation performing essential opperations and training doctors in Cambodia.

4000+ lid, orbital, and facial procedures including ectroprion, entropion, blepharoplasties and ptosis repair, reconstructive and cosmetic

2000+ lacrimal procedures. Probings, Crawford tubes in children Over 1000 DCR and Jones tube placements, using external and endonasal approaches
