Matt Hauri (born March 9, 1996), better known by his stage name, Yung Gravy, is an American rapper and songwriter from Rochester, Minnesota. He is best known for his single "Mr. Clean” which, since release, has amassed tens of millions of streams online across platforms.[1] His music can be described as a unique blend of the contemporary styles of modern trap music, with themes and inspired by the soul and oldies movements of the 1950s and 1960s. Gravy has been described by popular music blog EarMilk as showcasing a “unique style and flow”,[2] while the Post-Bulletin, the primary news publication in Rochester, MN, commends the artist for his live shows.[3] Since 2017, the rapper has completed two sold-out North American tours, with support from notable acts such as Ugly God.[4]
