Stop uploading unlicensed images

Please stop. All your edits will be reverted. Images must have source and licence information.

And please do not edit appearances and goals for players unless they are league only. Thank you. Budgiekiller 11:37, 25 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Whateva all this "unlicensed images" hassle is crap.Nobody cares and most of mine are a masterpiece of websearching.Piss off — Preceding unsigned comment added by Arsenal666 (talkcontribs)

Actually, it isn't 'crap', it's policy. I would advise you to familiarise yourself with the copyright policies of Wikipedia. There are plenty of links here now for you to choose from. Remember, every image you upload without such information will be deleted within seven days, and every edit you make to include such images will be reverted. Cheers! Thanks for uploading Image:Julio cesar.jpg. However, the image may soon be deleted unless we can determine the copyright holder and copyright status. The Wikimedia Foundation is very careful about the images included in Wikipedia because of copyright law (see Wikipedia's Copyright policy).

The copyright holder is usually the creator, the creator's employer, or the last person who was transferred ownership rights. Copyright information on images is signified using copyright templates. The three basic license types on Wikipedia are open content, public domain, and fair use. Find the appropriate template in Wikipedia:Image copyright tags and place it on the image page like this: {{TemplateName}}. If you have not already done so, please also include the source of the image. In many cases this will be the website where you found it.

Please specify the copyright information and source on any other images you have uploaded or will upload. Remember that images without this important information can be deleted by an administrator. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me, or ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Budgiekiller 11:42, 25 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

You have been warned

Okay, since you studiously ignore these warnings, the next time you make an edit in a similar way, it will be considered vandalism, and eventually your account will be blocked. Cheers! Budgiekiller 15:55, 25 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I'm talking about changing the appearances for Thierry Henry from league-only (which is required) to all appearances. Does that help clarify the situation? Budgiekiller 15:58, 25 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?

WHICH edit? You have to admit my pictures are good.ANYWAY, WHO'S GOING TO KNOW IF YOU USE A FEW PICTURES LIKE MINE?WHY WOULD THEY CARE?

Edit

Oh right. So you want to list his appearances & goals FOR ARSENAL as those in the premier league?IT SHOULD BE ALL FIRST-CLASS APPEARANCES.YOU CAN'T CALL THAT VANDALISM

No, it is vandalism if you persist in making edits contrary to warnings - look at the bottom of the infobox you're editing - it says "Professional club appearances and goals counted for the domestic league only " - DOMESTIC LEAGUE ONLY being the pertinent phrase. Okay? Cheers! Budgiekiller 16:05, 25 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

OK

Fine, but that's pretty close to discrediting him.

Glad you agree. Cheers! Budgiekiller 16:13, 25 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Re: That photo of the milky way

> You can't expect to believe you photographed THAT

If you're implying I didn't take that photograph, you're wrong. The information on the image page is accurate. -- Moondigger 17:44, 25 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Photo

If you say so

Try being a bit more courteous to fellow editors! Cheers! Budgiekiller 08:20, 26 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Right

Hey wait a minute. How do YOU know? STOP FOLLOWING ME!

I assure you, I'm not following you, I am just monitoring your edits. Budgiekiller 13:38, 26 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

WHY are you monitoring my edits?

Because you've uploaded several images without source/licence information against advice, and made changes to articles to use said images against advice and changed Henry's stats twice against advice. This could be considered vandalism. I'm just checking no more pages become problematic. Budgiekiller 13:51, 26 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

OK

When you put an image on an article, how do you fram it and put text explaining what it is?

"Open content"

Please stop labeling your uploaded photos as "open content", when they simply do not qualify for that license. Thanks. --Madchester 15:34, 28 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
