All politics and religion or cast talk should be out of it. Who passed the new sport strategy is not important but it adoption of new strategy is. Whole thing is so messed up! Haryana's title is written in what language? Can you tell me why? When it is suppose to be only in Hindi and English.

Hello @Utcursch:,
Is this link article reliable? I understand that DNA is a reliable source but the article explicitly mentions Punjabi as an upper-caste when in reality it is an ethnicity. A big percentage of Punjabis are Jats and Dalits. I wonder if this article is part of some propaganda. I seriously doubt the credibility of this article.
