Eri Hozumi (穂積 絵莉, Hozumi Eri, born 17 February 1994) is a Japanese tennis player.[1]

On 10 November 2014, she reached her career high singles WTA ranking of 144. On 30 January 2017, she reached her career high doubles WTA ranking of 29, after reaching the semi-finals of the 2017 Australian Open with Miyu Kato. She also reached the first singles Grand Slam tournament in the 2017 Australian Open, losing in the first round to Carina Witthöft.

She won her first WTA doubles title in 2016, the Katowice Open.
