Priority Private Care is a members-only emergency level care service offering 24-hour medical care, and is located in Manhattan.[1] The company was founded in 2016 by Andrew Olanow, Benjamin Kruger and Dr. Bernard Kruger, who is a specialist in oncology and internal medicine.[2]

The care facility’s focus is in three areas: Emergency care, the ability to see someone quickly by having a broad network of specialists, and convenience services for ailments such as a cough or sore throat, when the E.R. is empty. It operates as a pharmacy and administers flu shots and annual wellness consultation, including basic radiology and bloodwork, and is the only private facility in New York City to offer 24/7 access to advanced diagnostic imaging. They offer their members telemedicine services, and house calls to those in New York City at any time, and in the Hamptons seasonally.[3][4]

There are currently around 1,100 members. They focus on specialty services, such as cardiology, orthopedics, plastic surgery and ophthalmology, but their wider range of services includes abscess incision and drainage, dressing and treatment to wounds, infections and burns, EKGs, immunizations, joint injections, laceration repair, physical exams, urinalysis, vaccines, wound care and management, and wound repair.[5]
