Tom Browne (born 1968), known professionally as Tom Fisher, is an English actor who has appeared in various films, including The Hunt for Red October, Van Helsing, Shanghai Knights, The Young Victoria and The Illusionist.[1][2][3]
Tom directed the feature film Radiator under his real name Tom Browne.[4]
