Heráclito Fontoura Sobral Pinto (November 5, 1893 – Rio de Janeiro, November 30, 1991) was a Brazilian lawyer known for his human rights activism and devout Catholicism. He strongly opposed dictator Getúlio Vargas and worked against Brazil's later military regime following the military coup of 1964.

He was born in Barbacena, Minas Gerais.[1]
